RAM is a leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and machined components for North American markets. Welders work in a clean and organized work space on gas metal arc welding with semi-automatic welding machines. Daily tasks include non-repetitive small and large batch jobs. Working with a team, highly skilled workers enjoy little supervision while those requiring more training are mentored by long term, experienced employees.
