Summary: Description Original Joe's Regina is currently hiring a p/t line cook for evenings and weekends. A number of duties are necessary to keep the Kitchen area ready for business and operating on a highly efficient basis daily. These include: -Checking all equipment for proper setup (temperature settings etc), and maintain in clean operating condition. (top off frying oil, skimming, wipe down oven doors, scrape and season the flattop grill, brush charbroiler etc) -Stocking fridges, coolers, drawers, shelves etc with needed food ingredients and supplies. -Organizing work areas.
