Summary: Description RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance and Operations the caretaker is responsible for overseeing the direct maintenance of Regina Housing Authority properties. The caretaker is responsible for routine maintenance and property repairs, preparing units for move-ins and ensuring all properties are safe, secure and clean. This role may also entail coordinating and delegating operations to our cleaners and/or contractors.
