Summary:
Job Summary Conducts training and development programs, including leadership and management skill development, using adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques. Follows up on programs and coaches/counsels participants and their management to assist with skill transfer to job. Participates in needs assessment, design, development and execution of training/development solutions.
