Summary: Job Description: Stamford, CT area The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for private equity funds and their related legal entities, as well as, the management company. Responsibilities will include cash management, monthly closing for the management company, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the Fund, assist with online reporting and preparing budgets.
