What You'll Do:
- Assist Insurance and Research and Development agrologists in the delivery of a number of field research projects that relate to adjusting procedures.
- Assist adjusters in the completion of customer inspections, including identifying crop disease, insect damage and other causes of loss.
- Complete field inspections and detailed plant counts, ensuring inspection documents are completely neatly and accurately.
- Measure bins and acreages accurately.
- Update agronomy resource manual.
- Prepare adjuster work within the customer system, as assigned by the CSO Manager.
What You'll Need:
The knowledge and skills required for this position are acquired through enrollment in a post-secondary Agriculture program. The successful candidate must be returning to school in the fall.

This position may require the successful candidate to travel extensively; a valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the province is required. In addition, the successful candidate must be in good physical condition with the ability to walk long distances for field measurements and climb ladders and bins to measure grain.
This position will be located at one of our 21 customer service offices around the province and is dependent on the applicant.
